Shipping policy

Tower Clearance is snail mail on purpose: a real letter in a black envelope, sent with a stamp. Here’s how and when your mail goes out.

When we mail

  • Envelopes are mailed on the 1st of every month.
  • The cutoff is the 20th. Sign up or order by the 20th to be included in the next mailing. For example, if you sign up between September 21 and October 20, your first envelope goes out November 1. Orders placed after the 20th go out with the following month’s mailing.
  • Subscriptions (Monthly, 6-Month, and Annual) receive one envelope every month for as long as the membership is active. Longer plans are billed per cycle, but envelopes are still mailed monthly.
  • International multi-letter orders (3 or 6 Letters) are mailed one envelope per month, starting with the next mailing after your order.

Delivery times

  • United States: typically 1–2 weeks after the mailing date.
  • International: typically 1–4 weeks after the mailing date. Customs and local postal services can occasionally add time.

Tracking

Mail Club envelopes are sent with postage stamps, so no tracking number is provided.

Where we ship

  • Subscriptions ship to addresses in the United States only.
  • International one-time letters (Single, 3, or 6 Letters) ship worldwide to any country available at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. Mail Club letters currently ship for $2 within the US and $3–$4 internationally, depending on the destination.

We ship with FedEx and UPS.

Custom 3D-Printed Flight Paths

Each Flight Path is made to order. Production time depends on how many orders are in the queue, and we’ll email you to confirm your details and timeline before we begin. Flight Paths ship separately from the monthly mailing via FedEx or UPS, with rates calculated at checkout, and we’ll email you when yours is on its way.

Previous Months’ Mail

Previous months’ envelopes are individual purchases and ship separately from your membership. They’re available in limited quantities while supplies last.

Gifts

Sending Tower Clearance as a gift? Enter the recipient’s name and address as the shipping address at checkout, and their envelopes will go straight to them.

Address changes

Moving? Update your shipping address in your account, or email us before the 20th, so your next envelope goes to the right place. Once an envelope has been mailed, we can’t redirect it.

Missing or damaged mail

Because letters aren’t tracked, please allow the full delivery window above, plus an additional 10 days. If your envelope still hasn’t arrived, or arrives damaged, email us at kyle@towerclearancemailclub.com with your order number and we’ll help sort it out.

Customs and import fees

International recipients are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country. These are uncommon for letters.
