A letter from
a friend.
Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m the guy who stands at the airport fence a few minutes too long, watches a 737 push back in the rain, and immediately needs to tell someone about it. For years I’ve been firing off aviation rabbit-hole texts to anyone who’d put up with me — this is me finally putting it on paper.
So once a month I’ll write you a real letter: what’s actually going on up there, an airplane I can’t stop thinking about, and one tip you can actually use. No recaps, no press releases — just the good stuff, from someone who happened to be paying attention. Reads like a text from a friend, lands in your mailbox like it matters.
“I kept sending the same aviation rabbit-hole texts to six different friends and none of them fully got it. You, apparently, do. So here we are.”
Six things. One black envelope.
